Terms
Last updated October 26, 2026
These terms cover your use of Passbook, operated by Union Street Studios LLC. By connecting a bank, you agree to them.
What Passbook does
Passbook connects to your financial accounts through Plaid with read-only access and makes that data available to the AI agents you choose through a private URL. Passbook can’t move money or make changes at your bank.
Your URL
Your Passbook URL is the key to your data. Anyone who has it can read your accounts. Keep it private, share it only with agents you trust, and get a new one from your dashboard if you think it has leaked. We can’t recover a lost URL. If you lose it, delete your data by contacting us, or simply connect your banks again.
Plaid
By connecting an account you also agree to Plaid’s end user privacy policy, and you authorize Plaid to access your financial institution on your behalf.
Beta
Passbook is in beta and free. It’s provided as is, without warranties. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong because banks and Plaid sometimes are. Paid plans will come later. We’ll give you notice before anything changes, and everyone who joined during the beta gets their first year free.
Not advice
Passbook doesn’t give financial, tax, or investment advice, and neither does anything an AI agent tells you based on Passbook data. Check anything important before you act on it.
Acceptable use
Connect only accounts you’re authorized to access. Don’t use Passbook to access other people’s data without their permission, or try to break or overload the service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Union Street Studios LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Passbook, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
Ending things
You can delete everything from your dashboard at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. We may update these terms and will post changes here.
